For your convenience, we are pleased to provide financing and insurance filing services at Franklin Smiles.

Financing Options

Payment for your dental care is due on the day of service and can be made via cash, check, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

When financing is needed in other cases, we utilize PrimaHealth Credit, a service which allows patients to pay off their balance over a period of up to 3 years. They have no-interest and low-interest plans available. All financing details, including interest rates and payment terms, are unique to the individual and handled directly through PrimaHealth.

In some cases, we will let you pay for extensive work over a couple of months. But this needs to be arranged in advance.

Insurance

While Franklin Smiles is considered out of network for all dental insurance plans, we are happy to electronically submit a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. We will collect your estimated portion of the payment at the time of service. Any balance due after the insurance claim is finalized will be your responsibility.
