Front Office

Brittney
BUSINESS MANAGER

A registered dental assistant, our business manager Brittney has worked in the dentistry field since she decided to follow in her mother’s footsteps 18 years ago. Her clinical knowledge is a tremendous resource when working with dental insurance companies on behalf of our patients.

Out of the office, Brittney loves boating and golfing with her husband, Jonathan. Together they also enjoy cheering on their three teenage sons, Aiden, Braxton, and Brody, at multiple sporting events. Dolly, their Mini Australian Shepherd, is the diva of the family.

Dental Hygienists

Kasey

Kasey is a native of Tennessee and has been an active part of the dental community since 2013. She began her career as a dental assistant in pediatric dentistry, where she was inspired to further her education by becoming a registered dental hygienist. Kasey is quick to make patients feel at ease by sharing laughs and building confidence, trust, and friendship.

She enjoys spending time with her husband, Taylor, and their adorable daughter, Emma. Together they love being with family and friends and traveling to new places.

Anne Le

Anne Le was born in Vietnam and adopted as a baby into a big family of six kids. She grew up in Knoxville, TN and moved to Nashville in 2012 to go to Lipscomb University. With her father, brother, as well as her brother-in-law all being dentists, it was pretty natural for Anne Le to step into the dental industry herself. Two of the most satisfying things about her job are that she gets to help people gain confidence through their smiles, and build lasting relationships with her patients.

When she is not at work, Anne Le loves spending time with her husband, Sam, and her dog, Dixie. Some of their favorite pastimes are to enjoy the lake, both surfing and wakeboarding, as well as cheering for the Tennessee Vols!

Dawn

Dawn has been in the dental field for over forty years. She started out as a dental assistant and is now a hygienist. Though she has worked in many of areas of dentistry, working in neuromuscular and cosmetic dentistry have been the highlights of her career.

Originally from Michigan, Dawn relocated to this area in 2017 in order to be closer to her son. Three years later, she met and married her husband Brian. They live in Watertown with their French bulldog, Grogu. In her free time, Dawn enjoys travel, cooking, and entertaining.

Yana

Yana is new to the dental industry. After graduating earlier this year from Dental Staff School here in Franklin, Yana became a member of our Franklin Smiles family. Ambitious and motivated, Yana takes pride in providing the best care for our patients.

Originally from Vinnytsia, Ukraine, Yana has a keen sense of adventure and a love for traveling to new places. She also enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with her three nephews. Yana now resides in Spring Hill, living close to her family, her church, and her friends.

Kelly

A Tennessee native, Kelly attended the Dental Staff School of Tennessee to become a registered dental assistant. She finds satisfaction in helping patients realize their dream of a beautiful, healthy new smile and achieve a renewed sense of confidence.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys farm life at home and riding her horse. She and her husband have three beautiful children who are their greatest blessings.
