How It Works

Emface utilizes a patented dual-technology system to simultaneously address both the skin and muscle tissue of the face. During treatment, high-intensity focused electrical stimulation (HIFES) and radiofrequency (RF) heating are delivered through applicators attached to the forehead, neck, or submentum region (the area just below the chin). HIFES builds and tones muscle tissue in the face or submentum by stimulating muscle contractions. RF heating triggers the production of collagen and elastin, boosting structural support and elasticity in the skin. These two components work together to bring you a smoother, more defined, younger-looking face.

Your Emface Treatment

Treatment with Emface is completely customizable. You may choose to target a single region — the forehead, cheeks, or submentum — or treat multiple areas simultaneously. Typically, a complete treatment involves four sessions spaced a week apart. However, this plan may also be tailored to suit your aesthetic goals and individual needs.

Each session lasts about 20 minutes. With the applicators in place, you will feel your facial muscles gently contract in response to the HIFES. Your skin will feel warm under the controlled radiofrequency heating. These sensations are pleasant and similar to those you would experience during a facial massage.
